VentiCordi explores creative frontiers beyond the usual constraints of traditional chamber groups.

Oboist Kathleen McNerney and violinist Dean Stein are well-known in the Portland area for their musical collaborations.

They combine their love of chamber music with innovative programming that blends wind and string instruments. Their performances are regularly featured on the concert series of the Portland String Quartet Society.

At today’s performance, they will be playing works by Mozart, Bach, Bennett, Playel and Rideout .
